Fox Yoga builds and connects the yoga community in Western Newfoundland through workshops, classes, and fun, health-focused events. Classes are relaxing and rejuvenating, and are designed to be fun and light-hearted. Be kinder to yourself and your body, explore your potential, and maybe have a giggle or two!
Classes are offered in the vinyasa (flow) style, which connects breath with movement and will teach you to use proper alignment so that you can practice in a safe and healthy way.
Yoga can benefit anyone, of any age, with any level of experience. With a dedicated and mindful practice, you can expect improvements in balance, flexibility, posture, strength, stress relief, improved energy, boosts to your immune system (buh bye cold and flu season!), and overall mental wealth.
